Implementation
We serve as an extension of your Human Resources Department as we assist in educating and onboarding employees either in person
or virtually through webcasts. We provide a user friendly communication plan to ensure that each employee and individual understands their benefit program and feels supported when they have questions and concerns.
Management
Regulatory and compliance issues (ERISA, COBRA, HIPPA) are addressed as part of our account management services. We work as a liaison with our vendors and assist with plan administration, enrollment changes and claim issues.
